Pricing questions
What counts as an assisted conversation?
One shopper conversation with the assistant — it starts when a shopper sends a message or taps a guided prompt, and ends after they go quiet. Not per message, per token, or per API call.
Will I get a surprise AI bill?
No. You pay a flat monthly plan with a clear included allowance. Model and token cost is on us — it never shows up on your invoice.
What happens if I go over my allowance?
You get an in-app heads-up as you approach the limit and move up to the next plan — no metered per-conversation overage charges to get surprised by.
Why is there a product limit?
The SKU count is a soft fit guardrail so recommendations stay sharp — not a pricing axis. We never charge per product.
